Rules for respectful use of OrishaWorld, its educational content, consultations, and shop.

  1. Agreement. By using OrishaWorld, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
  2. Spiritual and educational purpose. OrishaWorld preserves and presents material about Ifá, Orisha, and related traditions for education and reference. The material is not a substitute for lineage-specific guidance or an in-person consultation with a qualified initiated elder.
  3. No professional or outcome guarantee. Content, divination tools, readings, consultations, herbs, products, and traditional practices are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not use herbal information for self-treatment. Spiritual products and services do not guarantee any result.
  4. Safety and lawful use. Use OrishaWorld lawfully, respectfully, and without harming others. Historical or ethnographic descriptions are not instructions to break the law or injure a person or animal. Do not attempt dangerous practices; consult qualified elders and licensed professionals where appropriate.
  5. Intellectual property and cultural respect. Except where third-party rights apply, OrishaWorld's compilation, original translations, interface, and brand materials are protected. Personal study is welcome. Do not scrape, resell, republish, or commercially exploit the service without written permission. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of a living tradition itself.
  6. Shop and payments. If checkout is enabled, prices, taxes, shipping, and availability are shown before payment. Physical and spiritual goods are sold as traditional articles without supernatural guarantees. Stripe processes payment. The Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy applies together with any mandatory consumer rights.
  7. Consultations. A booking reserves time for spiritual guidance. Availability and any cancellation terms must be shown before payment or confirmation. Consultations are not emergency services.
  8. Availability and changes. Features or content may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
  9. Responsibility. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for your choices and use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
  10. Platform terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for OrishaWorld's products, services, support, or content. Their platform terms also apply when you download the app from their stores.

  2. Propósito espiritual y educativo. OrishaWorld preserva y presenta materiales sobre Ifá, Orisha y tradiciones relacionadas para educación y referencia. El material no sustituye la guía propia de un linaje ni una consulta presencial con un mayor iniciado calificado.
  3. Sin garantía profesional ni de resultados. El contenido, las herramientas de adivinación, lecturas, consultas, hierbas, productos y prácticas tradicionales no son consejo médico, legal, financiero ni psicológico. No use información herbal para autotratamiento. Los productos y servicios espirituales no garantizan resultados.
  4. Seguridad y uso lícito. Use OrishaWorld de forma lícita, respetuosa y sin causar daño. Las descripciones históricas o etnográficas no son instrucciones para violar la ley ni lesionar a una persona o animal. No intente prácticas peligrosas; consulte a mayores calificados y profesionales licenciados cuando corresponda.
  5. Propiedad intelectual y respeto cultural. Salvo derechos de terceros, la compilación, traducciones originales, interfaz y materiales de marca de OrishaWorld están protegidos. El estudio personal es bienvenido. No extraiga, revenda, publique ni explote comercialmente el servicio sin permiso escrito. Estos Términos no reclaman propiedad sobre una tradición viva.
  6. Tienda y pagos. Si el pago está habilitado, precios, impuestos, envío y disponibilidad se muestran antes de pagar. Los bienes físicos y espirituales se venden como artículos tradicionales sin garantías sobrenaturales. Stripe procesa el pago. Rige la Política de Devoluciones, Cancelaciones y Reembolsos junto con los derechos obligatorios del consumidor.
  7. Consultas. Una reserva aparta tiempo para orientación espiritual. La disponibilidad y cualquier condición de cancelación deben mostrarse antes del pago o confirmación. Las consultas no son servicios de emergencia.
  8. Disponibilidad y cambios. Las funciones o contenidos pueden corregirse, cambiarse, suspenderse o descontinuarse. No prometemos un servicio ininterrumpido o libre de errores.
  9. Responsabilidad. En la medida permitida por la ley aplicable, usted sigue siendo responsable de sus decisiones y uso del servicio. Nada en estos Términos excluye derechos o responsabilidades que legalmente no puedan excluirse.
  10. Términos de plataforma. Apple y Google no son responsables de los productos, servicios, soporte ni contenido de OrishaWorld. Sus términos también aplican cuando descarga la aplicación desde sus tiendas.
